The Broadbent Company is a full-service real estate firm specializing in the development, leasing, management, construction and sales of shopping centers built in high-density commercial areas. As the company prepared to celebrate its 35th anniversary, it also was moving its headquarters into a renovated landmark building in downtown Indianapolis. The company was in need of printed materials to communicate these events to its various audiences.
When Broadbent asked MillerWhite Marketing for assistance in creating these materials, MillerWhite determined the need for a tagline that would represent Broadbent’s primary business and help to tie all the materials together.
MillerWhite saw the need for a tagline to represent Broadbent’s focus on retail properties and to reflect its multi-state presence and ability to facilitate (or deliver) development, brokerage, construction and management services.
The tagline MillerWhite recommended to fulfill those needs was “Delivering Retail Destinations,” and it incorporated the tagline treatment into the company’s logo, which was used on the open house invitation that incorporated a unique timeline, a tradeshow video and materials for Las Vegas, etc. throughout the year.
