Integrated Marketing | Case Studies | Wabash Valley Community Foundation

Situation

The Wabash Valley Community Foundation has been a MillerWhite, LLC client for several years. After MW developed a new logo and communications materials for the organization, the Community Foundation engaged MW to redesign its newsletter, annual report, web site and other marketing materials to utilize the new colors and logo.

Solution
The Community Foundation's goal was to present a consistent image and message to its audience. Working first with the newsletter and then the annual report, MW's designers incorporated the new look and images. The newsletter and many of the marketing materials were created in two colors, while the annual report was created as a four-color product.

The Community Foundation secured a grant to do a full revamp of its web site and hired MW for the redesign. MW's graphic designers carried over the look and many of the images from the annual report to the web site and worked with the Community Foundation to include everything from its existing web site, plus a large amount of new information. This was then organized and refined into a product that was easy to access, navigate and understand.

Result
The Wabash Valley Community Foundation continues to use MW for web site updates and newsletter production, and MW has developed yet another annual report for the Community Foundation, which complements all other marketing products. Through monthly web site updates, MW continues to tweak the information and the look to more consistently follow all other marketing materials. All marketing and communications materials now work together to convey a common message and to signify unity. Most recently, the Community Foundation asked MW to work on 2003's marketing materials, which will include several new pieces utilizing interactive media.
