Hires energize MillerWhite offices, offerings: Offices in
multiple markets grow in size, increase service offerings
for clients

TERRE HAUTE/INDIANAPOLIS – MillerWhite, LLC has recently
added six new employees to its staff. They are Rob Warfuel, media planner
and buyer; Mandi Rose, graphic designer; Teresa Shafer, account executive;
Shannon Clements, researcher/writer; and Noelle Webster, web designer
and Chris Jefferson, Director of Business Development.
"As a firm we’re energized by the addition of these people," said MillerWhite
partner Bill White. "Each one brings significant talents and experience that
will help us as we carry out our pledge to provide integrated solutions that
compose positive results for our clients."
Rob has been assistant marketing/promotions director and later account
executive for radio stations in the Terre Haute market where he worked
with clients to service accounts, coordinated the creative process and
production of commercials and planned and implemented contests and promotions.
He is a graduate of Indiana State University with a B.S. in Telecommunications.
Mandi returns to Indiana after serving as design director for a Chicago
firm where she designed identities, billboards, print ads, brochures,
direct mail pieces and other projects. She did freelance design for several
firms, as well as a printing company. Mandi is working toward her MBA
with experience in retail management as well as design. She earned a
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Notre Dame
where she was a four-time NCAA All Big East Champion volleyball standout.
Teresa joined MillerWhite in July 2004 with 10 years of experience in
marketing, sales and training. She came to the firm from the American
Cancer Society (ACS) where she was community development director. She
had been a sales representative for Mead, Paper Division in Dayton, Ohio,
sales coordinator for BusinessPlans, Inc. in Miamisburg, Ohio, and curriculum
director for a pre-school in Las Vegas, Nevada. She holds a B.S. degree
in Public Relations/Communications from Indiana State University.
Shannon has done extensive research in topics in psychology, has published
several papers and has presented her research at several professional
conferences. She is proficient in the use of various statistical analysis
tools and has taught on the college level. She received her Bachelor's
degree in Psychology and Interpersonal Relations from Ball State University
and her Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from Indiana State
University.
Noelle brings experience in new media and graphic design, fine art and
computer science to MillerWhite. She has designed several web sites and
is experienced in the major computer languages. She served as Resource
Center Coordinator at the University College Bepko Learning Center where
she developed training programs and designed brochures, logos, handouts
and manuals. She attended Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis
and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Indiana
University.
Chris Jefferson is Director of Business Development for MillerWhite and
manages clients such as Cinergy Solutions, Indiana Fiberworks and Martin
James Financial Planning. Prior to his work at MillerWhite, Jefferson
served as Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of Avatar Communications
Group, helping to build the boutique public relations firm into Indianapolis’s
fourth largest corporate communications agency (as ranked by the Indianapolis
Business Journal), by growing the firm's client list
and vastly increasing annual revenue. Chris has also worked in the field
of secondary education in both administrative and institutional public
relations roles. He lives in the Indianapolis area with his wife and
two daughters. He is a member of the Milligan College Board of Advisors
and is active in his church. An advocate of the arts, he also enjoys
poetry, theatre and writing.
MillerWhite provides integrated marketing/research, advertising, public
relations and interactive media services to its clients from offices
in Terre Haute and Indianapolis.
