The purpose of this web site is to provide information about MillerWhite, LLC’s (MW), capabilities and credentials, including samples of our work. The sole authorized use of this site is to obtain such information. No other use is permitted. By accessing this site, you agree that you will abide by, and be bound by, the terms and conditions we set forth here.

This site is protected by the copyright laws of the United States. This site may contain materials, images or other items not proprietary to MW (clip art, photographs, film footage, etc.) No copying, reproduction, alteration, display, use, performance, distribution or retransmission of any materials on this site is allowed without MW’s prior written permission or the permission of other appropriate parties. The trade names, trademarks, and logos of MillerWhite, LLC, clients or other third parties that appear on this site are the sole property of their respective owners and may not be used without their prior express written consent.

Limitation of Liability
This site is presented "as is" without warranties or representations of any kind. MW is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information or materials, or for interruptions or unavailability of the site, or for computer viruses or bugs that may embed or attach to the site without our knowledge or consent. In no event shall MW have any liability to users or their computer systems arising out of their access to or use of this site, even if MW has been informed of such potential damages.

Collection and Use of Information
MW may collect e-mail addresses or other personally identifiable information about persons who voluntarily submit such information to contact MW when visiting this site. We may use the information to contact you about our and our clients services, but we do not share this information with other third parties for commercial purposes.

MW may collect and store aggregate and anonymous information about what pages are accessed, how and how often they are used. We use this information internally to measure usage and improve our web site. It is not shared with other third parties or for commercial purposes without first notifying you.

Please note that no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. As a result MW cannot guarantee the security of information you may transmit via our on-line services. MW will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your information. Children
We do not collect personally identifiable information from children who we actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of the site is structured to attract anyone under 13. If a child has provided us with personal information, we ask that a parent or guardian of the child contact us if they would like the information deleted from our database. We will use all reasonable efforts to delete such. Visitors between the ages of 13 to 17 should seek parental consent before submitting any such information to our site.

Cookies
MW may set and access cookies to improve our level of service to visitors. Cookies are lines of text that are transmitted to your web browser when you click on a site. However, we will take all reasonable steps to treat as confidential, and use only for internal purposes, any resumes, applications or inquiries sent regarding potential employment with MW, pursuant to our employment policies. You acknowledge that MW is under no obligation to consider or respond to such submissions of resumes or applications.

Web Site Hosting

Acceptable Use
MillerWhite, LLC will provide World Wide Web (WWW) hosting on MillerWhite controlled and managed WWW servers for the web sites of Customers who accept all terms and conditions of the MillerWhite Web Site Hosting Agreement. The use of MillerWhite Internet shared resources is solely for the purpose of Web hosting and E-mail services and does not extend to any other purposes. Use of this account for purposes such as unauthorized access of data or the presentation and transfer of material considered illegal by the United States or international laws is strictly prohibited. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold MillerWhite harmless from any claims resulting from the Customer's use of the agreed WWW services that damage either the Customer or another party or parties. MillerWhite reserves the right to remove from Customer's account any material which violates any applicable Federal, State, Common, International laws or regulations or MillerWhite Acceptable Use policy. MillerWhite reserves the right to modify the Acceptable Use policy at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Policy to the URL http://www.millerwhite.com/privacy.html.
